Our story

It started with a cheesecake

Chef Shakeeb Rahim studied hotel management at IHM-A, then moved to Boston in 2016 to study baking and pastry arts at Newbury College, graduating summa cum laude.

He came home in 2019. In 2020, with everyone indoors, he started Whisk from his home kitchen, selling cheesecakes. Six years later, Whisk is a full bakery and café in Mahesh Nagar, and cheesecake is still what CSN knows us for.
